Noah Ritter has since appeared on The Ellen Show ‘and apparently’ has met A-list Hollywood celebrities off the back of his viral fame
His name – Noah Ritter – but most people will know him as the ‘apparently kid’.
In 2014, a five-year-old ginger boy appeared on a TV station while visiting the Wayne County Fair, in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
He was on screen for less than two minutes as he adorably answered each question with the words ‘and apparently’ at the start of every sentence.

Now a teen, Ritter featured on TV again as he reenacted the viral clip.
Reciting his famous lines on WNEP, the now-15-year-old said: “And apparently, I’ve never been on live television before.
“And apparently my grandpa gives me the remote every time we watch the Powerball.”
When asked how he feels about returning in front of the camera, he added: “Feels pretty good, I feel nostalgic about it.
“Makes me reminiscent about being here, this exact spot 10 years ago.”
The original clip has generated almost 70 million views on YouTube.
The video gained so much recognition that he was catapulted to stardom and has even featured on The Ellen Show a number of times.
It has helped Ritter grow his own YouTube channel, his handle is @theapparentlykid1968, with one video gaining one million views – a Q&A posted four years ago.
Off the back of the interview, he has met former president Bill Clinton, Hollywood stars Jim Carrey and Jennifer Garner, as well as singer Ariana Grande.
So, what is he doing now?
Well, at the start of term he will be a sophomore – wow, feel old yet?
Ritter, who now dons long ginger locks, is still close to his granddad – who features heavily on his YouTube channel.
“Whenever a new movie comes out, we like to review it, post it on my YouTube Channel,” Ritter told the TV station.

“Now I’m juggling YouTube, school, track, football, a bunch of other stuff. I’m going into my sophomore year. I’m getting ready to drive.”
Did it feel weird for him to return to Wayne Country Fair you may be thinking?
Absolutely not.
In fact, it is a staple in his calendar.
Ritter added: “Coming here, enjoying the rides, enjoying the food, seeing all the animals, and stuff like that.
“See, I think I’ll come here every year, when they have it. I think I’ll keep the streak going.”
It’s always good to see the right people become famous and Ritter definitely seems like a nice young man.
